As you'll hopefully agree - M:R undies are something different. You may or may not have had the first hand experience of a pair yet; maybe you're poised - hovering over that checkout button. Either way, here's our T's and C's.

Introduction
www.hismrunderwear.com (referred to as the "Website") is owned by M:R underwear and its founder and brand owner Matt Randolph.
By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to our Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and us at the point of order confirmation and acceptance. We also will carry out the delivery of your purchase and offer help and advice, if required.

Purchasing your underwear
- Add the products you want on our website to your basket
- When you have added all items you would like to purchase, continue to our checkout, where we accept credit/debit, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay and Klarna.
- You need to provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Review the order before you complete the purchase. Within this process, you will see the option to input any promotional or discount codes.
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation email once payment is successful.

Pricing and currency
Prices displayed online should automatically adjust to reflect your geographical location. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency displayed should adjust to USD. This also works for AUD, CAD, EUR and other major currencies.
All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound £ (GBP).
Each prices include VAT (20% Value Added Tax).
Pricing of garments may change and go in and out of sale price and M:R underwear reserves the right to alter pricing or terminate discounts at any time.

Postage and Shipment
All orders made with us are dispatched from Sheffield, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We try to dispatch orders on the same day.
Our underwear is delivered using Royal Mail delivery service and should be expected to be delivered to you within the following time frames:
UK Delivery
Standard orders for within the United Kingdom should be delivered within 3-5 working days. But could take up to 7 working days. Currently, we offer Free postage on any order value to you, the customer if based in the UK.
International Delivery
International orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days, but could take up to 30 working days. Postage is usually on standard international to all global destinations and M:R currently offers Free postage on orders exceeding £50.

Exchanges or refunds
Exchanges or Refunds will be down to M:R's discretion. Rule of thumb is that refunds aren't generally offered, due to hygiene reasons, unless an error is caused by M:R (e.g. wrong product) or there is clear damage to the product. We ask that you inform us within 6 days or receiving your order. please double check that you order the correct size for you, referring to our size guide. Please note these sizes are approximate, as we use different manufacturers and each size might slightly differ.
Currently we offer small - XL with several products also available in XS.
